This uniquely designed technique of Moving Meditation involves the breath, the energy naturally flowing through the body, and physical movement that includes Qigong, Kundalini yoga, and dance movement.
It stimulates the organs & meridians: pathways throughout the body, commonly used in acupuncture or acupressure.
Moving Meditation positively affects the emotions allowing for beneficial expression & healing.
It energizes but also relieves tension, stress & induces calm & peace.
